Monster's University

So yesterday we decided that we would surprise the kiddos with a movie day (which is very rare for us) Usually If we are going to watch a movie we just get a redbox movie and pop some popcorn at home. But we haven't did anything super big this summer and the kids have been doing good with their chores and baseball season has come to an end. So we went and watched Monster's University. I have been hearing everyone say that it was such a good movie so it was an easy choice. When we got there they were all very surprised. So we bought our Popcorn and soda and off the theatre we went.

The movie was very funny and the kids had a blast. I think personally I liked The original better but this one was still cute and caused lots of laughing. I believe that we all ate so much popcorn that we had a tummy ache :), but we all had a blast.

I am so blessed to have such wonderful, well behave kids and it makes me smile to be able to treat them from time to time.

Bentonville Allstars

Hunter waiting his turn to bat.

The last I posted about Hunter and Logan was that they were playing baseball/ tball this year. But more exciting news has happened since then. Hunter tried out and made ALLSTARS!!!!! There are only 2 all-star teams. I am so proud of him. He has been practicing for 1.5hr everyday except for Sunday and he has been a trooper about it. On Saturday the played a scrimmage against the other all-star team.  This weekend we will drive to Springdale and play Friday and Saturday. SO I am excited to see how the boys play. This is his second year to make all-stars. Who knows I might just have a ball player on my hands :)

School is out

Mrs. White's 4th grade all A's for the year.

So Joslyn finished her LAST day of elementary (yea I almost cried) She will be a big girl and is now officially a 5th grader. She finished the 4th grade with all A's  and I am so super proud of her. She really worked hard on choir this year and even go to sing at one of the Natural's games.

Hunter finished 2nd grade with all A's also and will have the school to himself next year without big sister. He has did awesome in baseball this year. He plays first base.

Then their is Logan. Logan will start speech soon to help improve the way the pronounces his words. He has always stayed home with mom or dad but over the past couple of days he has decided that he is ready to go to school. So next year we are going to see about putting him in preschool. So it looks like my baby is growing up.

So as the summer begins I plan on spending as much as time as possible with my kidos. Because they are not babies anymore. Next year I will have a 5th, 3rd, and preschooler. I cannot believe how fast the time has flown.

Half off Shakes at Sonic.

Hunter has been playing for a few years and not only does he enjoy playing but he is pretty good. He is a left- handed first baseman who can also bat right handed. I am super proud of how good he has become. Who knows maybe a future Razorback :)
